​Chris Rangen is one of the most practical voices in global venture capital strategy today, supporting the development of national VC ecosystems and advising boards, CEOs, and investors on how to actually create value — not just design strategy. His work cuts through complexity to focus on the few moves that truly drive growth and long-term performance.

​Chris has worked with 250+ VC/ PE, Debt emerging fund managers across the US, Asia and Europe. In addition to strategic advisory and programmatic work, he is the founder of Link Capital, a global early-stage VC started in 2021 and with 5 IPOs completed already. He is visiting faculty at 10+ business schools including LBS, IE, IMD and Duke.
