About Event

Agents, Memory, and Simulation @ Berkeley

Event Description:

A SESE-hosted event on Agentic System, powered by Google.

The Society of Engineers, Scientists, and Entrepreneurs (SESE) is a student-led non-profit with the mission of empowering students by connecting Berkeley talent with industry leaders through career fairs, research, and innovation.

As the shift to agentic computing accelerates, Google is leading the way by developing the essential infrastructure and protocols, such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This technology facilitates large-scale reasoning and smooth collaboration between humans and AI.

This exclusive event will gather students, developers, product thinkers, and researchers for a hands-on lab and an in-depth panel discussion. Experts from Google, academia, and the wider industry will explore how these agentic systems are created, managed, and deployed.

Who Should Join:

  • Engineering students familiar with Python or backend development

  • Developers, PMs, and UX designers working in AI, tools, or systems

  • Researchers and builders exploring AI agents, memory, and simulation frameworks

Panelist:

  • Annie Wang, Software Engineer at Google and Internal Career Coach

  • Amit Maraj, Senior AI Developer Relations Engineer at Google

  • Frank Coyle, Professor at UC Berkeley School of Informatics
