If your positioning is unclear, your growth is capped. Throughout this practical workshop, you'll build your positioning in real time using proven frameworks and examples from high-growth startups.

How the workshop works
We'll start promptly at 09:00. Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a coffee and settle in.

This is an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to be practical rather than theoretical.
Please bring a fully charged laptop, as you'll be following along and testing the tools throughout the session.
