Driving Fintech Partnerships

​Supported by J.P.Morgan, IIMA Ventures and Microsave Consulting set up the Financial Inclusion Lab in 2018. Over the last few years, the Lab supported 40+ fintechs in building and validating fintech solutions for the low-to-middle-income individuals of India. The support included a mix of catalytic capital, mentoring, showcases and market connects, and on-field technical assistance.

​Over the past two years, IIMA Ventures & Microsave Consulting worked closely with a smaller cohort of FInancial Inclusion Lab fintechs, supporting them in their scaling journeys through strategic insights, partnerships with banks through pilots and fundraising. The Playbook captures key insights, lessons, and success stories that emerged from this initiative, offering practical guidance for fintech founders looking to build meaningful partnerships with financial institutions.
