ABOUT EVENT:
Founder Forum: Cutting-Edge Innovations in AI Governance Operationalization
Four founders. Fifteen minutes each. One hour of what's actually being built at the frontier of AiGovOps.
The gap between AI governance theory and AI governance practice is being closed by founders shipping real product — not consultants writing PDFs. This forum puts four of them on stage, back to back, to show what they're building, what's working, and where the field is heading next.
Each founder gets the floor for 15 minutes to demo their work, walk through the problem they're solving, and take questions from the community. No panels. No moderated debates. Just builders showing the room what comes next.
What you'll see
Operationalized policy as code — frameworks moving from documents to executable, auditable artifacts that run in CI/CD and at runtime
Shadow AI discovery and control — what's actually working to find ungoverned AI use across SaaS surfaces, autocomplete tools, MCP servers, and embedded vendor features
Agent identity and runtime governance — emerging approaches to giving AI agents their own identities, scoped permissions, and audit trails distinct from the humans who deploy them
AI/ML Bill of Materials and supply chain transparency — CycloneDX AI/ML-BOM and adjacent work making model provenance and component risk legible to buyers and regulators
Evidence generation for audit and insurance — turning governance activity into the kind of artifacts that satisfy auditors, carriers, and boards
The 2026 operating environment — how founders are building for a world with the EU AI Act in full enforcement, ISO insurance exclusions live since January, the NAIC AI Model Bulletin spreading across states, and a federal executive order trying to preempt it all

About the AiGovOps Foundation:
The AiGovOps Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a global practitioner community focused on operationalizing AI governance — shipping policy frameworks as executable, auditable code rather than PDF documents. We believe governance must move at DevOps speed and be provable, auditable, and operational by design.
