He advises founders on technical areas such as R&D tax incentives, investor reporting frameworks, and managing new capital against business milestones. Nicholas will provide practical guidance on what finance teams and founders need to have ready before a round completes, as well as how to allocate capital thoughtfully in the months that follow.

He is responsible for origination, screening, and leading due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Jayden leverages a career expanding across technology, entrepreneurship and consulting to secure and support Investible’s 130+ portfolio companies and founders. Jayden has transactional and commercial experience across an array of sectors having been an Associate Director in Ernst & Young’s transactions team and as a co-founder of a SaaS startup. He is also qualified as a Legal Practitioner and Chartered Accountant in Australia.
