​We've all got one. That old Drupal 7 site, still limping along on a server somewhere, quietly dreading the inevitable. For webchick, it's her personal blog — a relic of a simpler time, built before half the modules it depends on had a D11 upgrade path (if they still exist at all).

​In this live session, webchick (along with Dieter Blomme [daften] and Marlene Wanberg [mindewen], who will bring popcorn 🍿 along) will attempt to use the new Claude Dynamic Workflows feature (https://claude.com/blog/introducing-dynamic-workflows-in-claude-code) to actually do something about it — in real time, with no safety net, and no guarantees. Will the AI confidently hallucinate a migration path for a module last touched in 2014? Will the upgrade hook documentation cause an existential crisis? Will she incur a $1,200 bill after 8 minutes? Will it work?
