About Event

Most companies have run AI experiments, pilots and proofs of concept. Internal demos that impressed the leadership team for about a week.

But when it comes to moving from experiment to production most organisations get stuck. The pilot worked, the business case made sense, and then nothing happened.

This 90-minute working session is designed for the leaders who are past the "should we use AI?" question and stuck on the harder one: where exactly should we deploy it, and how do we get from pilot to production in 90 days?

You'll work through a structured framework on one of your own business processes and leave with a concrete plan.

What you'll do:

  • Identify real business pain Map a process you already know is broken, slow, or expensive — and pinpoint where AI creates genuine operational impact.

  • Draw the line between AI work and human work Most AI deployments fail because nobody decided what AI should actually do versus what humans should keep doing. You'll make those decisions for your own process.

  • Assess what's actually required Data, systems, integrations, governance - the practical checklist that separates "we could do this" from "we can do this."

  • Prioritise Not every AI opportunity is worth building. You'll score your opportunities by business value, technical feasibility, and organisational readiness — then cut the ones that don't pass.

  • Build a 90-day action plan Walk out with a sequenced roadmap: what happens in weeks 1-2, what happens in month 2, and what you should be measuring by day 90.

Who should attend

  • CDOs, CIOs, and CTOs You've approved AI initiatives. Now you need a framework for deciding where those initiatives create measurable outcomes — and where they don't.

  • Heads of AI You've built the models and run the pilots. This workshop helps you bridge the gap between what your team has proven and what the business actually adopts.

  • Product and operations executives You own the workflows AI is supposed to improve. You'll map one of those workflows and design how it should actually work with AI in the loop.

  • Innovation and transformation leads You're responsible for getting AI initiatives past the pilot stage. This gives you a repeatable process for doing exactly that.

Why attend

This is a working session, not a presentation. You'll leave with a scored opportunity map and a 90-day action plan built on your own business process.

This is an AI Week Barcelona side event, running alongside AI Summit Barcelona (September 22-23, 2026).
