6pm speaking begins
7:30pm evening wrap-up
Our first speaker will be Kyrin Hall, PhD, founder of Digital ShortCutz, a Naples-based AI automation and marketing agency, and a former MTV and Sky TV presenter in Europe. Her AI-powered Conversion Velocity Engine won a 2026 Edison Award, alongside global innovators like Cisco and Dow. The SaaS solution helps service businesses respond faster, qualify leads, and book more jobs without adding staff. Through her agency and Healthy Entrepreneur Club, she helps entrepreneurs reclaim their most valuable resource: time.
Next, we'll have Joseph Monastiero, CEO of HiQo Solutions, who leads a global engineering firm of nearly 200 professionals delivering end-to-end hardware and software solutions across embedded systems, Industrial IoT, and Applied and Physical AI. Working with major enterprise technology companies and global brands, HiQo helps organizations turn complex engineering challenges into real-world products and scalable solutions. With deep experience in AI/ML, embedded engineering, and go-to-market strategy, Joseph brings a unique perspective on scaling technology businesses and bringing innovation to market. He lives in Naples, Florida, with his wife and two sons.
Our third presenter is Kena Yoke, an entrepreneur, business leader, and self-described “socialpreneur” with over 40 years of experience in business and community engagement. As Vice President of Island Piling, Inc., she remains actively involved in supporting entrepreneurship, education, and veterans through FGCU, FSW, SWFL CEO Club, and various community organizations. Kena believes success is built on relationships, meaningful connections, and giving back. Her perspective on gratitude as a way of life emphasizes appreciating the people, opportunities, and even challenges that shape our personal and professional journeys.
The session is moderated by your host, Espresso Ventures founder, Sebastien Leduc. Sebastien is a Tech Entrepreneur, Advisor & Investor, and serves as CEO of Appcom US, bridging cutting-edge tech with real-world outcomes that drive adoption.

Naples Tech Meetups: 3 simple rules
1. Entrepreneurs First
Our objective is to help foster entrepreneurship and innovation in SWFL. We believe in community and synergy, to help existing and aspiring entrepreneurs build great companies from SWFL to the world.
2. Be Generous
We all have our businesses and projects to promote, but arrive to this group with an open mind and an objective to give to the community, first. Then magic happens.
3. Southern Hospitality
Southern hospitality is part of what makes Southwest Florida feel like home. Let's continue building a community rooted in kindness, respect, and mutual support.
Looking forward to being your hosts,
Seb & Naomi
