Post-Technical Landscape Reading Group: Session #1
When technical competence starts to become a commodity, the real value of data and of what we do with them shifts to human context and semantic meaning.
To explore this transition, we are launching the Post-Technical Landscape Reading Group. We will read, together, fundamental texts from different disciplines that can help us broaden our perspectives on data and information, and their connection with design and society.
Regardless our role (technical data practitioners such as data scientists and similar, or non technical roles such as designers, policy makers, business experts and so on), the goal is to evolve and expand our ways of perceiving and using data.
During the sessions there will be moments of collective discussion where we will share our opinions about the texts we are reading.
If you'd like to expand your perspective and help us build this vision, join us!
