AI in healthcare is moving quickly but building something that works in the real world is a very different challenge. From navigating clinical workflows and data complexities to earning stakeholder trust, demonstrating ROI, and moving beyond pilots, there are still many realities that don’t make it into the headlines.
Signals Roundtable is a closed-door, invite-only conversation bringing together 12–15 leaders across healthcare, technology, and AI to discuss these realities candidly.
Rather than a traditional panel or presentation, the roundtable will use real healthcare workflows and practical scenarios as conversation starters.
The discussion will explore questions such as:
Where does AI genuinely add value? Identifying workflows where AI can move beyond automation or experimentation to create measurable impact.
What does implementation really look like? Understanding the operational, clinical, and technical realities of embedding AI into existing healthcare workflows.
Where do AI ambitions meet healthcare realities? Exploring the gaps between what AI can theoretically do and what healthcare organizations can practically adopt.
What separates a promising pilot from scalable adoption? Discussing the factors that determine whether AI solutions can move from proof-of-concept to sustained use and impact.
The format is intentionally closed-door and participatory, creating space for candid perspectives, experiences, and lessons that are often difficult to surface in public forums.
