​You’ll learn how to give your agent business knowledge, shape how it handles conversations, and connect those conversations to useful actions: capturing customer details, scheduling appointments, and triggering workflows.

​Then we’ll try to break it.

​Call your agent. Interrupt it. Switch languages. Ask something unexpected. Play a frustrated customer.

​We’ll test the agents together, find where they struggle, and improve them. You’ll get a practical look at what it takes to move from a promising demo to an agent a business can rely on.
