What does an organisation get back when it designs for experience first?
For years, we have worked from one belief: distinct, memorable and relevant experiences compound over time. They shape how people see a brand, why they stay with a team, how ideas surface and how impact multiplies. We call this Return on Experience, and it is the lens we bring to every project.
This evening, ATÖLYE’s CEO, Engin Ayaz, joins industry leaders from experience- and service-led organisations for a roundtable conversation on how this lens plays out in practice, across service, brand and space. Together they discuss how putting experience first changes what gets designed, and what remains once the work is done.
