Exploring AI: What does AI mean for knowledge management?

​The saying “knowledge is power” reflects the central role of knowledge and knowledge work in many different spheres of human life. The ability of AI engines to work with increasingly sophisticated forms of knowledge is driving much of the transformation we’re experiencing in the current “AI Boom”. At the same time, managing the impact of AI on the quality of knowledge is top-of-mind for many. In this Exploring AI we’ll consider and discuss how AI engines will interact with knowledge access, work and practices.

Our end-of-session presenters will be Leslie Santibañez and Peter Cowan, two senior knowledge and information management specialists currently developing an AI application for tacit knowledge management support.
