​On 1 June, MTUK launched its second annual state-of-the-nation report, Sound Investments 2026: Back the Sector.

​We are holding an interactive webinar to take a deeper look at the key findings, with a live Q&A giving attendees the chance to put their questions directly to the team behind the research.

​Helena Kosinski, Chair of the MTUK Advisory Board, will walk through the data: what it reveals about the state of investment into UK Music Tech, where the critical gaps are, and what needs to change.

​The findings are significant. Growth-stage investment has collapsed from £114m in 2021 to just £10m in 2025. Early-stage funding has held up. But companies ready to scale are being left without the capital to do so. This is the story the report tells, and the conversation we need to have.
