About Event

The truth is, even in a city full of people, loneliness is at an all-time high. We're surrounded, but not always connected. And yet, our mental health depends on genuine community, on feeling seen, supported, and part of something bigger than ourselves.

This August, join Our Studio Wellness for a 90-minute mind-body experience blending movement, mindfulness, and a therapist-guided conversation centered on connection. Together, we'll explore why meaningful relationships can feel harder to build as adults, what creates a sense of belonging, and how vulnerability can help us move beyond surface-level interactions.

🎟️ Tickets include:

• Complimentary giveaways from wellness partners
• Mats and props provided for your convenience

🧘‍♀️ The 90-Minute Mental Wellness Workout

This all-in-one experience weaves together grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation. Together, we'll explore the role connection plays in our emotional wellbeing and how to cultivate relationships that feel supportive, reciprocal, and aligned with who we are today.

🌿 What to Expect:

Meditation
Begin with grounding breathwork to help regulate your nervous system, settle into the present moment, and create space for connection.

Yin Yoga
Led by Arden Frydman, this supportive and slower-paced flow focuses on deep tissue release, joint restoration, and intentional movement to help unwind built-up tension and restore balance in the body.

Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by Kristie Tse, LMHC-D, Founder of Uncover Counseling, this month's reflection will explore:

• Why connection and belonging are essential for emotional wellbeing
• What helps friendships move beyond surface-level interactions
• The role of vulnerability in building deeper relationships
• Navigating adult friendships and creating meaningful community
• How to cultivate reciprocal relationships that support who you are today

Connection Session
Stay after class to connect with community, continue the conversation, and enjoy wellness partner offerings.

🗓 Event Program:

  • 9:45 AM: Check-in begins

  • 10:00–11:30 AM: Mental Wellness Workout

  • 11:30–12:00 PM: Connection Session (mingling, wellness giveaways, and community time)
