

Hot Moms Walkers Club: Kick-Off Stroll
Walkers Club is about moving your body in a way that feels doable, all while making new mama friends and exploring Greater Sacramento as a whole!
This is a long, stroller-friendly group walk for moms who want to be active, get outside, and connect with other women without needing to run, train, or push past their limits. It’s movement that counts, conversation that flows, and community that builds naturally along the way.
If you’ve wanted to be more active but running or workouts haven’t felt like the right fit, this space was created for you.
What this is
A 2–3 mile group walk done together at a steady, conversational pace.
This is not a workout class and it’s not a race.
It’s purposeful movement that feels accessible and sustainable.
We walk together, stay connected, and move forward as a group.
This Month’s Walkers Club
This month, we’ll be walking in Laguna West (Elk Grove).
The route is a loop around the lake and neighborhood and brings us back to a playground at the end. A great spot for kids to move, play, or decompress while moms connect.
Distance: about 2–3 miles
Route: paved, stroller-friendly paths
How it feels
Walkers Club is active, supportive, and grounded.
Some moms walk with strollers.
Some carry babies.
Some kids walk, ride, or meet us at the end.
There’s no pressure around speed or “keeping up,” but we do move together so the group stays connected throughout the walk.

Ending near a park or play space to keep things easy
The walk itself is the point.

You want to be active without training or intensity

You want to explore new areas around Sacramento together
Whether you’re new to Hot Moms or have been here a while, you’re welcome.
What to bring
Water bottle
Stroller or carrier if needed
Comfortable shoes
Optional snack for you or the kids
Warm drinks are welcome if that’s your thing, but nothing extra is required.
A few good-to-know notes
All fitness levels are welcome
Babies, toddlers, and kids are always welcome
Strollers, bikes, and scooters are okay
Kids being kids is expected here
Photos or video may be captured for recap memories
RSVP (please read)
RSVP is required for Walkers Club.
I use RSVPs to know who’s coming and how many moms and littles to look out for. If no one RSVPs, I may not show up.
If you RSVP and plans change, that’s completely okay. You can update your RSVP to “not going” or send me a quick DM so I know you weren’t able to make it.
RSVPing also helps keep Walkers Club free and accessible and keeps you connected to our email community so you stay in the loop on everything Hot Moms.
