About Event
Celebrate the spirit of Notting Hill Carnival by creating your own vibrant headpiece. Hosted by Well-Crafted.
Using bold colours, textures and embellishments, this workshop is all about self-expression, joy and movement. Guided by Alexandra, founder of Well–Crafted, you’ll explore vibrant materials and techniques to design something uniquely yours: bold, joyful and ready to wear to celebrate Notting Hill Carnival.
During the workshop you will:
● Explore the cultural roots and visual language of carnival aesthetics.
● Experiment with colour theory, texture and embellishment.
● Design and construct a wearable statement headpiece.
