Ever wonder what actually happens after you drop off a donation?
Most people only know the drop-off lines and the thrift stores. This tour covers the full operation.
From clothing to kitchenware and sports equipment, most donors never consider what's involved in moving a donated item from intake to sale-ready. Follow the arc from back of house to retail floor to mission outcome, and see how resale revenue funds tuition-free adult education and job placement for people facing barriers to work in our community.
