Claude Code Masterclass: Build Your Personal AI Operating System
Most people use AI as a better chatbot. This session shows you how to use Claude Code as a personal operating layer for your real work.
In this 2-hour masterclass, you will audit your weekly workflows, identify one high-leverage time-eater, and scaffold a Claude Code-powered personal workflow around it. You will also learn the basics of agent design — inputs, tools, outputs, memory, review loops, and escalation — so you can later extend the same pattern into role-specific agents for investing, operations, customer workflows, reporting, or internal team processes.
Genspark, Super Agent workflows, research-to-deck flows, production evals, and rollout planning will be covered in later follow-on sessions.

Why This Matters
AI's greatest value is not in generating answers, it is in transforming how work is executed.
As AI becomes increasingly embedded in every industry, the most successful founders, investors, operators, and advisors will be those who can systematically integrate AI into their workflows and decision-making processes.
This masterclass is designed to help participants:
• Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI adoption
• Build structured workflows around recurring work
• Create practical AI systems that save time and improve quality
• Establish a foundation for future agent-based automation
• Gain a lasting competitive advantage through AI enabled execution
Who Should Attend

• Identified at least one high-value recurring workflow from their day-to-day work
• Created a Claude Code project scaffold around that workflow
• Drafted an instruction framework for a personal workflow agent
• Established a review process to maintain quality and trust
• Developed a 7-day implementation plan
• Identified future opportunities for role-specific AI agents
The Masterclass at a Glance
Live Workshop — 2-Hour Breakdown
0:00–0:10
Hook + framing
Frame the shift from chatbot use to Claude Code as a personal AI operating system. Show why senior operators should start with recurring work they already do.
0:10–0:25
Concept: personal AI operating system
Explain Claude Code as a file-system collaborator, workflow container, planning partner, and repeatable execution layer. Introduce the workflow pattern: inputs → instructions → plan → output → review.
0:25–0:40
Claude Code live: setup + plan mode
Instructor shows Claude Code setup, plan mode, folder inspection, and a first structured workflow. Emphasis: ask Claude Code to inspect and plan before editing.
0:40–0:55
Workflow audit
Learners map recurring daily weekly monthly workflows and rank them by frequency, time cost, repeatability, reviewability, and first-agent fit.
0:55–1:15
Live build: personal agent scaffold
Instructor creates a Claude Code project scaffold for a simple personal workflow, such as daily briefing, weekly status report, or meeting prep.
1:15–1:30
Agent design basics
Introduce the lightweight Part 2 bridge: goal, inputs, tools, memory/context, loop, output, human review, and escalation criteria.
1:30–1:45
Role-specific examples
Show how the same pattern extends into VC diligence, customer ops, fractional advisor reporting, internal workflow intake, and portfolio monitoring. Examples only, not full builds.
1:45–1:55
Participant build plan
Each learner drafts their own workflow plan: name, trigger, inputs, output, review step, risks, and first test case.
1:55–2:00
Wrap + next steps
