the format
mondays, 10am to 6pm. co-work alongside other founders. trade notes, share war stories, help each other out.
communal lunch at 1.30pm. no sad desk lunches.
after lunch, someone shares. could be prepping for a raise, figuring out GTM, working through product decisions. recurring programming, not random one-offs.
every couple of months, we run a community-led co-founder matching session. facilitated by people who've actually been through it.
