​Full moon bowls are rare. Crafted by monks in Nepal exclusively during the full moon, when the lunar energy is at its peak, they are hammered by hand over hours of prayer and intention, absorbing the vibration of the night they are born into. The result is an instrument unlike any other: not just a bowl, but a vessel. Its sound carries the stillness of the tradition that made it.

​When played, the overtones wash through the body in layers, felt as much as heard. Through the mat beneath you. Through the air around you. And when placed directly on the body, through skin, tissue, and bone, coaxing the nervous system out of its tension and into genuine rest. Many people drop into states of stillness they haven't touched in years. Some sleep. Most leave feeling like something quietly shifted.

​Marie studied this tradition at its source in Nepal, and works exclusively with full moon bowls, because she believes the intention held in an instrument matters as much as the technique used to play it.
