About Event

>>Designed to ensure you deploy your project in 1 month<<

A 1 day, hands-on workshop plus a 4 week builder series, presented in partnership by 021:Events and Northeastern University Silicon Valley. This program is designed for product managers, developers, designers and founders who want to ship real products.

Modules can be selected individual to suit your budget, interest, and capabilities.

The 1 day Workshop

Participants will design, build, and deploy a working agentic AI project using modern development tools and workflows. By the end of the day, you will understand how agentic systems change product development and how to apply them immediately in your own work.

You will leave with:

  • A digital badge issued by Northeastern’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences

  • A fully working agentic AI project built during the workshop

  • A repeatable agentic product management workflow you can apply immediately

  • Membership to an agentic professionals group for ongoing support

Who Should Attend?

  • Product Managers committed to advancing their careers by integrating cutting-edge AI into their skillset.

  • Founders looking to leverage AI to bring their ideas faster to market with reduced risk.

  • Product designers looking to see their ideas through code.

Prerequisites

  • You must bring your own laptop capable of operating VS Code

  • General knowledge of the software development process.

  • You must have at a minimum a Claude Code Pro account. However, we suggest you invest in the Claude Code Max 5x plan.

As with all our workshops, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You are completely satisfied with what you learned or your money back.

"We know the future of product management is builders. What we needed was a partner who could make that real for every person on the team. Our team left with tools, frameworks, and a fundamentally different sense of what their role can be. Within days, they were shipping."

— Arnab Bose, Chief Product Officer, Asana

“The 021:Events workshop fundamentally reframed the role of product managers and designers in an agentic AI environment. It opened our Product and Design teams’ aperture to the possibilities of AI, demonstrating how our jobs will be enabled more efficiently. The session highlighted where traditional PM workflows break down and why teams need to move toward a builder mindset. It provided clear, concrete examples and instruction on what modern product work looks like when AI becomes an active part of the development process. I would strongly recommend 021:Events to any product organization preparing for this shift.”

— Angela Saffin Portfolio Manager, Boeing

“This is the most practical and impactful AI workshop we’ve seen. In one day, our product manager and I went from AI-curious to AI-capable. This workshop gave our product and development teams a clear understanding of what Agentic AI can do for our business. We left knowing how to adopt and apply it to our business to deliver real impact. It’s a game-changer for how we think about developing software and building products.”

—Lee Purvis, CTO Real Time Networks

Instructors

You will receive hands-on support from 2 veterans in the software industry:

021 Builder Series

Complete and deploy your project in 4 weeks!

The 021 Thursday Build Series is a four-session cohort to engrain your learning, and and get your own personal product launched in 4 weeks.

If you completed the Agentic AI workshop or have worked with Claude Code, you know what you need to do. This series carves out the dedicated time you need to apply and engrain your learning. Avoid getting blocked when real obstacles hit.

We've got you!

From 6pm-8:30pm each Thursday evening we will dig deep into each of the topic areas necessary to gaining effectiveness in agentic software development. You will work on your own project with direct instructor support and peer critique. Sessions cover documentation quality, deployment setup across web, Docker, and mobile, production hardening, and debugging your project.

You leave each session with your project one step further along.

Session 1: Document Quality June 16

Your agent is only as good as the documents you give it. This session focuses on writing PRDs, ADRs, Implementation Plans, and Design System specs that constrain your AI and reduce downstream errors. You leave with a document set ready to drive your next build cycle.

Session 2: Getting to Deployed June 23

Most projects stall between working locally and shipping to a live environment. This session walks through platform-specific setup for web, Docker, and mobile so your project is actually running somewhere real by the end of the night.

Session 3: Production Engineering June 30

Shipping once is not the same as shipping reliably. This session covers the practices that harden your agentic workflow: CI/CD pipelines, environment management, security and the quality gates that keep your project stable as it grows.

Session 4: Debugging and Maintenance July 7

Agents introduce failure modes that don't look like traditional bugs. This session builds your diagnostic instincts: how to identify where an agentic pipeline broke, how to fix it without breaking everything else, and how to keep your project healthy over time.

ONLINE SUPPORT

You will receive weekly online support and coaching sessions between classes.
