The idea for this in-person event took root within a close-knit group of CXOs and Principal Engineers—peers who have worked together or crossed paths while building AI-powered systems. What brought them together? A shared realization: building AI prototypes is relatively easy, but delivering high-accuracy, reliable AI systems in production is a whole different challenge—and one that often takes far more time than it should.
Through their collective experience, two themes consistently emerged:
Choosing the right tools, frameworks, and techniques that actually scale in real-world environments.
The critical role of evaluations (Evals)—not just basic testing, but deep, extensive, and ongoing evaluation to ensure reliability and performance.
