Boundaries for (ex-)people-pleasers
Do you struggle to state your opinion or needs? Go along to keep the peace?
Whether at work, with family, friends, strangers, in romantic relationships, with authority figures, in spiritual settings, education, leadership or as a follower?
If so, this workshop is for you. Come workshop with others in the same boat: we will review tools and skill, then actively practice grounding, standing firm, and speaking up clearly, respectfully and firmly.

Conflict is hard. Cory sets up a space where we can safely try things with other workshoppers, free to mess up in low-stakes settings.
We use sample scenarios and/or scenarios from your own life, so you can practice and prepare for the conversation you've been dreading.
You will leave this event more confident and capable of setting boundaries in your real life in a way that is clear/not too soft, and not unnecessarily harsh. You can feel good about your own words, tone and actions, and you can improve your relationships of all kinds.
"amazing, amazing workshop. It gave me so much food for thought and self-reflection. There was such a wealth of knowledge in that room. Thank you for holding that space. I felt a lot of growth even in the few days afterward." -Tiff, a Boundary Workshop participant

We can’t talk our way into empowerment: we need practice.
Navigating inner/interpersonal stress and conflict without panicking is an emotional intelligence skill that grows best in low-stakes settings like this.
We need to build resilience communally, not just individually.
