​The #! code monthly meetup.

​This is a general web developer meetup where we discuss all things related to the web development industry.

​This month we have Paul Waring talking about Codebreaking in World War 2.

​How nascent technology and early computers cracked the codes used by the Germans, reduced the war by 1-2 years and saved millions of lives. We'll look at how Bletchley Park pulled together a group of academics, crossword solvers, linguists and other specialists (including Alan Turning) worked together to break Engima and Lorenz, and what lessons those efforts have for protecting systems today.
