Since the beginning of time, humans have gathered in circles... around fires, under trees, in temples and living rooms... to speak, to listen, and to remember who we are.
Native American talking circles used the fire as witness, where each voice carried the same weight. In African palavers, resolved conflict and restore harmony through dialogue. Even in Ancient Greece, philosophers sat in circular forums to reflect, debate, and seek truth.
It is one of humanity’s oldest technologies. A space to share from the heart and to be witnessed without interruption or judgment. A place where listening becomes an act of love and being heard becomes medicine.
From there, we move through stories, silence, insights, and emotions, taking turns talking around the circle and allowing it to unfold.
Every edition explores a different theme, allowing new perspectives and emotions to emerge each time.

Cacao is a sacred plant that softens the mind and awakens the heart; an invitation to slow down, feel, and reconnect with yourself and each other.
This is a heart-opening women’s gathering with pure ceremonial cacao. Guided by Samantha and Lis, we’ll drink cacao, share, and move honoring the ancient medicine of cacao and the timeless power of women coming together in circle.
