Customer Day — July 2026 Cohort
What can a founder validate in 4 weeks when they are not starting from a blank page — but from a real AI business wedge?
This Customer Day is the endpoint of Zenith’s latest incubation cohort: a 4-week sprint where founders learned to build and sell an Enterprise Second Brain — a practical AI offer that helps businesses organize scattered knowledge across meetings, emails, CRM, notes, documents, and shared drives into a usable knowledge base for humans and AI.
Instead of asking founders to invent a startup from scratch, Cohort 4 started with a concrete thesis:
Before companies can use AI agents effectively, they need a memory layer.
Most organizations already have the raw material:
- meeting transcripts
- emails
- CRM notes
- documents
- shared drives
- Slack / chat history
- customer conversations
- institutional knowledge trapped in people’s heads
But that knowledge is scattered, stale, and hard for people or LLMs to use.
Cohort 4 founders tested whether businesses would care enough to buy or pilot a solution.
Each founder chose a reachable market, packaged the Enterprise Second Brain offer for that market, and pressure-tested it with real customer conversations.
What you’ll see:
- The business or industry each founder targeted
- The knowledge-loss problem they found
- Which sources mattered most: meetings, email, CRM, Drive, docs, Slack, or other systems
- Where the customer wanted the knowledge base to live: Obsidian, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, GitHub, shared folders, or another trusted layer
- How Hermes or another organization layer could turn messy sources into structured, source-linked company memory
- The offer each founder tried to sell
- Real customer evidence: quotes, objections, demos, pilots, paid interest, source material shared, or hard “no” signals
- What changed after customers understood the Enterprise Second Brain concept
- Whether this wedge could become a vertical AI company
No pitch deck theater.
The bar is truth quality, not polish.
Customer Day asks:
Would a real business buy this?
Not:
Can you make an impressive AI demo?
Who should come:
- Founders exploring AI-native services or products
- Operators with domain knowledge and access to real business problems
- Consultants who want a concrete AI transformation offer to sell
- Investors interested in early vertical AI and agent infrastructure companies
- Builders curious about how non-technical founders can ship and validate with AI
- Business leaders trying to understand what AI readiness actually requires
