

Boston GTM x AI: Roast my stack!
Skip the panels and pitch decks. This is a practitioner-led session where we roast each other's GTM tech stacks and walk away with tactics you can use immediately.
Format: We'll take turns walking through GTM motions - prospecting, qualification, outreach, whatever you want feedback on. Show how your tools actually connect. We're talking workflows, not just a list of logos.
Example: "For prospecting, I use Clay to find qualified companies → enrich with Apollo → push contacts to HubSpot with these specific fields → trigger sequences based on X criteria"
We'll break into smaller groups, tear it apart, and figure out what's working, what's broken, and what you should try next.
What to bring:
Your laptop (helpful but not required)
One workflow you're willing to walk through (eg. prospecting, outreach, etc.)
Willingness to get tactical
Bonus points if you sketch out a diagram beforehand, but you can whiteboard it there too.
Who this is for: Sales ops, RevOps, GTM leaders, founders doing their own GTM - anyone actually building and running these systems. If you're in the weeds on this stuff, you'll get value. If you just want to network passively, this isn't it.
