🧠 What You'll Actually Build
By the end of the night, you'll have OpenClaw running locally on your machine with at least one real workflow doing actual work for you. Here's what that looks like:
Option A — The Outreach Agent: An agent that researches target companies, drafts personalized cold emails, and queues them for review — triggered by a single message in WhatsApp or Telegram.
Option B — The Research & Report Agent: An agent that monitors a topic (competitors, industry news, market trends), compiles a daily summary, and sends it to you automatically every morning.
Option C — The Content Workflow: An agent that takes a rough brief, generates a first-draft blog post or social media copy, and posts it to your workspace for editing.
You'll pick one. We'll guide you through it. You'll walk away with it running.

09:30 AM — Doors Open & Networking Settle in, connect to WiFi, and make sure your machine is ready. We'll have a pre-flight checklist projected on screen so you can verify your setup before we begin.
10:00 AM — Part 1: Install & Configure (45 min) Guided, step-by-step walkthrough to get OpenClaw running locally. We'll cover: installing via the CLI one-liner, connecting your API key (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini — your choice), linking a messaging channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack), and verifying your first agent responds. No one gets left behind — facilitators will be roaming the room to help debug.
10:45 AM — Part 2: Build Your Use Case (60 min) Choose one of the three real-world workflows above. We'll provide a pre-built SKILL.md template for each option. You'll customize it for your business, configure the agent's workspace, and watch it execute a real task end-to-end. For those who move fast — we'll show you how to set up a second agent and have them coordinate (your first ClawForce).
11:45 AM — Part 3: Demo Your Lobster & Connect (15 min) Quick round: show what you built, share what surprised you, swap contacts with other builders working on similar problems. This is builder-to-builder, not pitch-to-judges.

⚙️ What to Bring & Prepare
Please come prepared so we can maximize hands-on time:
Required: — A laptop (macOS, Windows, or Linux all work) — At least 8GB RAM — A working internet connection (WiFi will be provided, but bring a hotspot as backup)
Helpful to have ready (we'll guide you if not): — Node.js installed (v18+) — An API key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, or Google (Gemini) — free tier is fine for the workshop — WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack on your phone for testing the messaging integration
We'll send registered attendees a detailed pre-event setup email 3 days before the workshop so you can hit the ground running.
