​Dev, PGP ’92 from IIM Ahmedabad, is the Founder & Managing Partner at Lastaki Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and Partner at Triton Fund. With over 30 years of experience across global financial institutions including Credit Suisse and HSBC, he has been at the forefront of investment banking, institutional finance and early-stage investing.

​From founding Tricolor Advisory Services and advising global hedge funds, to building Lastaki into a trusted partner for founders, Dev has led 100+ fundraise, M&A, and advisory transactions across sectors. He has also been an early believer in Enterprise SaaS and new-age technology, working closely with founders not just as an advisor, but as a hands-on partner in execution.
