​About the teacher Eryn Orsburn is a professional dancer, dance teacher, movement artist, and embodiment coach who holds a BFA in Dance Theater and has trained extensively in Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Heels, and many other styles. After being in the professional dance world for over 7 years, her passion has evolved to making dance it’s healing benefits more accessible to people so that we can all experience it’s healing benefits, no matter what level we are at. Blending dance technique, somatic practices and open-heart, her intention is to offer classes that feel safe and inviting, bringing a mindful, playful approach that encourages deeper self-connection and authentic expression.
