The Lightning Hackathon is the fast version: you show up, build something that works, and demo it live to the room. No pitch decks, no slides, no marathon. Whatever runs on stage at the end is what counts.

Anything that runs: an app, a bot, an automation, a script, a tool, a prototype. Rough and half-finished is fine, as long as it works when you press the button.

There's no time to brainstorm. Arrive with your idea already in mind.
You must start the project from scratch during the hackathon.
We're not providing free credits this time, so bring your own.
