Demo Day with KGC Learn Cohort!

It's been a minute, but KGC's Monthly Virtual Demo Day is officially back.

​This time it's the KGC Learn cohort taking the stage: our own learners showing what they're building right now, unfinished edges and all. You don't need a shipped product to demo here, just something real you're currently working on.

​Three sessions this time:

​Chris Lastovicka is building a Faculty Expertise Directory, a knowledge graph that maps how research actually connects instead of sorting people into departments. Model the relationships between faculty, research areas, and technologies, and you get structured data that helps both people and AI systems find the right expertise, faster.

​Satya Pavan Kumar Sighakolli, an AI/ML engineer working in ontology and knowledge graph systems, is building a skill graph meant to stay accurate long after a resume stops getting updated. Skills get modeled as living, connected data instead of a static list of past titles, so what shows up reflects what someone can actually do right now.

​François Serra and Letscher Clara, both at ADEO, are building a federated knowledge graph for a retail organization. François works as an ML engineer and ML solutions architect, Clara as the team's data lead. Together they're connecting data across the business without forcing it all into one central system.
