​The Power of Us: /dev/color’s 10-Year Anniversary Summit

​This year marks a decade of /dev/color — a one-of-a-kind community dedicated to advancing the careers, leadership, and impact of Black technologists, founders, and executives. We’re celebrating this milestone with The Power of Us, a full-day experience in New York City bringing together our members, partners, and allies to honor our collective achievements and chart the next decade of change.

​What to Expect
The Power of Us is more than a summit — it’s a celebration, a reunion, and a catalyst for what comes next.

• ​Morning Meetups & Co-Working (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  Start the day with curated meetups and intentional networking. A dedicated co-working space will be available, giving you the chance to connect with fellow attendees in a casual setting while getting work done. Lunch will be provided.
  

• ​Afternoon Summit (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
  The afternoon program will feature lightning talks, panels, and fireside chats highlighting innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the future of technology. Expect thought-provoking conversations, real-world insights, and community voices at the center. Speaker announcements will be rolling out in the coming weeks.
  

• ​Evening Celebration (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
  We’ll close the day with an evening celebration honoring a decade of impact. Highlights include community awards, music, food, and powerful moments of connection — including an inspiring keynote from Kelsey Hightower, one of the most respected and dynamic voices in technology today.
