What Even Happened This Year?: A Facilitated Journaling & Co-reflection Event (2025-2026)
PLAN
Have you celebrated the thousand small victories of 2025? Have you noted what feels unfinished . . . what you know for sure after this year . . . the one thing you feel compelled to prioritize in 2026?
Life constantly teaches us, offers us insight. Let us gather in community, and listen to our lives. Receive the gifts of the past year. Then, clear-eyed, set our gaze for the next year.
There are so many ways to be and things to do. We get to choose. It is a privilege and it is wisdom to step back, reflect, and mindfully choose, instead of tumbling unconsciously into the next busy day.
Cory will offer prompts and you can use them, adjust, or make up your own.
This event is for queers and allies.
Bring your journal and dayplanner (2025-2026). Cory will provide colourful pens.
LOCATION
1923 Fernwood Rd at the Little Gladstone Studio
The Little Gladstone Studio is on the 2nd floor around the back of the building. (Go around Little June, Stage, the children’s boutique, and turn right into the laneway. Look to your right and see the ramp up to the Studio space!)

You can grow from wherever you are now.
We can’t talk our way into empowerment: we need practice.
Navigating inner/interpersonal stress and conflict without panicking is an emotional intelligence skill that grows best in low-stakes settings like this.
We need to build resilience communally, not just individually.
