Thomas Seet, Managing Partner, Venture JDI
Thomas Seet is a senior advisor and venture builder with more than two decades of experience leading, launching and scaling digital products and services across Asia–Pacific, with a strong focus on business model and digital transformation. He is Managing Partner at Venture JDI, where he helps corporates and tech startups design, deploy and commercialise data‑driven solutions that integrate AI, advanced analytics and emerging technologies into real-world operations.
Previously, Thomas held senior regional leadership roles at Expedia and Konica Minolta’s Business Innovation Centre, where he built and managed high‑growth digital portfolios, drove cross‑border go‑to‑market initiatives and led multi‑million‑dollar innovation programs in sectors including travel, retail and healthcare. He also serves as a mentor and advisor to AI and deep‑tech startups, and sits on industry bodies such as SGTech’s Digital Transformation Chapter and the AI, Cloud and Data Center Chapter, giving him a practitioner’s view of how Singaporean organisations can safely and responsibly adopt AI at scale.

At TechJDI, Darren leverages this international expertise to streamline complex operations and ensure transparent, high-quality project delivery, ultimately empowering clients to break through digital barriers and achieve sustainable success in the competitive Asian market.
