The Gut Check: A Year-End Review for Women Executives (ONLINE Edition)
You already know something has to change. Give it one honest hour.
Maybe it was a meeting. A Sunday night. A review cycle where something shifted and stayed shifted. You have given yourself permission to want something different. What comes next is making the time to work out what that is.
The Gut Check is your own year-end review of where you are, where you want to be, and what's in between.
What we'll do
We walk you through the four stages women move through between the old way of working and what's next:
Permission. You've decided the old way has run its course.
Capacity. You make the space to think.
Discovery. You explore what lights you up, what fits your values, and how you want to work now.
Agency. You choose one direction and start acting on it.
Then you work through a short exercise, a few honest questions for each stage, to place yourself.
Note: We run Chatham House Rule: you can use what you hear, and who said it stays in the room. Your registration stays private, and the guest list is hidden.
Agenda:
12:00 Welcome and introductions: Meet your hosts and share one line in the chat about what brought you here.
12:15 The Gut Check: The four stages, your own honest read on where you are, and a conversation in pairs in breakout rooms.
1:10 What comes next: Next steps, then open time for questions.
1:30 Close
You'll leave with
A clear read on which stage you are in
A clear view of what stands between you and agency
Why now
You've written everyone else's review this year. This one is yours. Year end is when you take stock, and January is where you build the plan. In the last few minutes we'll share The Offsite, our January program in Seattle, built to close the gap you'll see in this session.
Who it's for
Women executives still inside the corporate structure who know they can't keep going the way they have, and who are ready to make room for what comes next.
