Human-First, AI-Powered: Designing Futures Where People & Intelligent Systems Flourish Together
Across every sector, leaders are confronted with a pivotal question: How do we harness intelligent technologies without losing the human essence that creates trust, meaning, and value?
Our focus this year is the frontier of Human-AI Co-Creation:
How will humans and intelligent systems collaborate in ways that preserve wisdom, moral clarity, and trust?
What does “capability” mean when AI agents can generate outputs in minutes that used to take creators months?
How do we prepare leaders, teams, and societies for a world where work, identity, and value creation are radically redefined?
We believe the answer lies in designing human-first systems of learning, governance, and workforce transformation, systems where AI accelerates adoption, capability, and insight, while humans provide judgment, design, ethics, and purpose.
At Davos, we are engaging CEOs, founders, technologists, policy leaders, and next-generation innovators to explore:
Future Workforce & Capability: Accelerating readiness for AI-augmented roles at scale
Humanizing Technology: Embedding behavioral science, empathy, and values into digital transformation
Leadership & Trust in the Exponential Age: Helping top leaders rethink identity, mindset, and impact
Generational Futures: How organizations, families, next-gens, and society prepare for the post-work era
Whether through interactive dialogues, panels, or live demonstrations of Gnowbe's agentic AI learning platform, we aim to open a global conversation on how to design a future where humans and machines flourish together.
