Caffeine and Confessions | event 01. 2025 GTM is Over. What works for 2026?
Most founder events feel like panels in disguise (curated stories, polished answers, and not nearly enough reality). This is the opposite.
Join the founder-led-and-curated event series Caffeine and Confessions, an IRL coffee event for founders and operators who want real talk about what they’re building, where they’re stuck, and what’s actually working behind the scenes - and who want to build a community of peers in the Brooklyn/NYC area.
Our first session goes straight to what’s extra hard in this AI Age: GTM.
It’s the Great GTM Reset. Let’s talk real pipeline building in the age of AI.
The truth is…every team is rewriting their playbook right now. Funnels are noisier, AI hasn’t magically fixed growth, what used to work doesn’t anymore. Let’s talk about it as operators, openly, off the record, and without the performative shine.
Structured as… caffeine, curiosity, and connection.
☕ Honest stories, not presentations
🤝 Live “hot intros” where we connect you live for intros to founders and operators tackling similar challenges
💬 Small, high-trust dialogue with only 25 founders/operators
✨ A space to exhale and compare notes with people in the messy middle
Founders, operators, and scrappy leaders actively building, experimenting, or rethinking their GTM motion in 2025.
Logistics:
Who should attend? Any founder or operator of a start-up at any stage struggling with GTM or looking to build a community of like-minded founders and operators in the NYC area over morning coffee meet ups.
Hosts: Faraz (founder @ Affinity) & Britt (founder @ of All Trades), aka your friendly neighborhood human switchboard. We are a couple of founders in Brookylyn who think real community building happens over directed, intimate conversations and not large networking galas.
Date & Time: Wednesday, Dec 17, 2025, 8:00AM - 10:00AM (Please arrive by 9AM for connections). We’ll have plenty of coffee to start your day!
Location: 58 Saint Marks Place, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11217. Please check in at front desk and say you’re here for the “Parlor Room”
Invite Form: We’ll ask all requested attendees to fill out a short form to tailor our connections IRL. Share what you’ve figuring out, what you’re craving, and where you’re stuck. Because we want this to be an intimate conversation among peers, we will have limited capacity and won’t be able to invite everyone. If we can’t have you join this one, we’ll keep you on the list for the next one.
