COP29 Mental Wellness Break: Nature-Connection Meditation at Full Moon

At this event, we will do a guided visualization meditation to connect with the nature around us, do dyad conversation exercises to connect on a more vulnerable level beyond the name tags and titles, and complete journal prompts to reconnect with ourselves and our energy, as well as the energy of the moon.
