Regenerative Leadership Workshop: From extractive power to regenerative presence | Why leadership must evolve now
The world is changing faster than our leadership models. We are navigating ecological breakdown, social fragmentation and deep uncertainty, not because we lack solutions, data or capital, but because the way we lead was shaped for a different era.
Performance-driven, extractive and control-based leadership is reaching its limits.
This session starts from a simple premise : the future is asking something different from leaders now.
Regenerative leadership is not about doing “better sustainability” or adding purpose statements.
It is about a deeper shift : from leading for growth alone to leading in service of life ; from managing systems to participating in living ones ; from reacting to crises to cultivating conditions for renewal.
This moment is also an extraordinary opportunity : a chance to leave a legacy that goes beyond quarterly results ; a chance for businesses, institutions and leaders to help steer the world toward a more favorable axis.
Through grounding, dialogue and collective reflection, this session invites participants to explore the future of leadership : the question is no longer whether leadership must evolve, but who is willing to step into that evolution now.
Strategic intent of the session : • Position regenerative leadership as a strategic necessity • Bridge inner transformation and systemic, place-based impact • Offer leaders a new operating logic for complexity, uncertainty, and planetary boundaries
