She Beats: Stories, Science, and Solutions in Women's Heart Health
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women. Our symptoms are often dismissed, and though often applied by extrapolation, the data shaping today's standard of care is rarely built for us.
She Beats is a gathering hosted during Philly Tech Week for patients, operators, founders, and investors to be part of this chorus for change. It's a space where every voice counts toward what gets built next.
We'll gather to share our stories, the emerging science, and take stock of the solutions being built right now — from novel diagnostics to care models that finally center women's biology, experience, and lives.
Hear from people who've lived it, built for it, and funded it:
We're anchored by Women's Health Advocates (WHA) — the only organization educating and advocating to close gaps in women's health, head-to-toe across the lifespan.
WHA is in all 50 states, and our Philly chapter launched last year. Our focus is on advocacy for better policies and funding for research, innovation, care delivery, and access.

We're grateful to gather with our sponsors and partners:
