Strengthening theIndigenous Female Voice Towards COP30
The National Articulation of Indigenous Women Warriors of Ancestry (ANMIGA) submits this proposal for a strategic event during Climate Week in New York. This side event is essential for the articulation and mobilization of indigenous female leaders, aiming for a robust and impactful participation in COP30 in Belém.
The proposed initiative aims to integrate ancestral tradition with contemporary climate diplomacy. Indigenous women from various territories will
gather to consolidate global alliances, share ancient knowledge, and develop concrete strategies that ensure indigenous representation at COP30.
