Join us for a grounding, creative Midday Power Hour with Nada Kanaan, movement facilitator and wellness guide as she leads us through a gentle blend of Qigong, Tai Chi walking, and a simple drawing practice designed to help you process, release, and reset your nervous system.
No drawing skills needed — stick figures are more than welcome. 🙂

About Nada: Nada Kanaan is a movement and wellness facilitator specializing in somatic practices, Qigong, and creative expression. Her sessions blend gentle movement with mindfulness tools to help people reconnect with themselves and find calm in the middle of a busy day.
