Going off script - visioning beyond OKRs

​You are not alone in asking "is this the right path for me?"

​We are sold the idea that it's normal to give all of our life force to external success: getting evaluated well in a perf process, generating profit, impressing authority figures and role models.

​And yet, there's that quiet voice that feels dissonant. The voice that comes alive as AI re-shapes career trajectories, as we watch the world descend into war and uncertainty again and again, as we recognize that success and profit don't dispel the subtle sensations of unfulfillment.

​What gives?

​I know this experience well. I walked the well-tread path of success for many years: MIT computer science grad, a decade in tech at early startups, now an executive coach and experimental artist.

​My journey has been one of searching for a truer story, learning to enjoy the scenery as I walk the road of inner authority.

​It would be nice to walk together.

​So, here is a space to talk about it all. To find comfort in knowing that yours is not a unique experience. To grow companionship and intimacy in the face of big systems that have shown us they don't care.

​You may be someone who's currently working in tech, is questioning your place in it, or has left and still feels residue from those experiences. All are welcome.

​We'll create a confidential circle for sharing, hearing each other's stories, and collectively sense-making about the conditions that affect our relationships with ourselves in the system.
