Self-Love Club experience returns! This Labor Day weekend, skip the rush and start your Saturday with intention, movement, art, and community.
Join us inside EMBRACE, an art exhibition and community-centered creative space, for a soulful, energizing experience held right in the gallery, surrounded by the work of local artists and makers.
What to Expect:
12:15 PM: Welcome + Check-in
12:30 PM-1:00 PM: 30-minute yoga flow, a feel-good movement session led by Cagla of Su + Soul
1:00 PM-1:20 PM: Sound bath experience led to unwind, breathe, and reset
1:30 PM-1:45 PM: Enjoy fresh juices and energy bites to rehydrate and recharge
1:45 PM- 2:30 PM: Screen printing experience with Marcella Verchio, where you'll learn the basics and "pull" your own print! Take home a mini print featuring an uplifting affirmation to carry with you.
