📅 The "Deep Work" Schedule:
4:00 PM | The Standup 60 seconds each: What are you building today? What is your "blocker"?
4:15 PM | The Sprint Head-down building. High-intensity co-working.
5:15 PM | The Reveal Screen-share/Demo your progress. Show the raw code, not just the result.
5:45 PM | The Handshake Resource swapping: Share your code, prompt templates, and favorite APIs before we head out.
