Superagents: putting AI colleagues to work across your organization
What does it mean to have an AI colleague? In this session we go beyond chatbots and simple workflow agents, and look into the concept of "superagents". These agents work at a higher abstraction level, taking on a broader role rather than just executing one task. They make judgement calls, collaborate with your team and other agents, and proactively solve problems.
The session is hosted by Henrik Kniberg, co-founder of Abundly AI and author of Generative AI in a Nutshell. He is also known for his earlier work at Spotify, LEGO and Mojang.
Topics covered:
Surviving vs thriving in the age of AI agents: AI as an operating model change rather than just a tool rollout
Level 1 vs Level 2 agents: the difference between a specialist that follows instructions vs a superagent that owns an outcome.
Real-life examples of agent teams interacting with each other and their humans.
Company Brain - how to align a fleet of agents
You'll see a superagent at work, and you get to ask her anything.
