Web Summit has 70,000 attendees. We only need 7 of the right ones in the house.
This is the Lisbon edition of INDVSTRY Power House, the residency we ran at Cannes Lions this June, where 4 of our 7 residents ended up on official festival panels and our programming pulled over 750 registrations across the week. We are bringing the same model to Web Summit, built for the people turning culture into companies.

What this actually is
A private residence roughly 25 minutes from MEO Arena and FIL, where founders, C-suite operators and cultural entrepreneurs live together for the week of Web Summit.
Not a hotel. Not a co-living gimmick. A base camp with a pool, a kitchen everyone actually uses, a podcast setup in the corner and seven other people in the house who are worth knowing.
Mornings are briefings and coffee. Days are the conference, with a calendar we build for you. Nights are the conversations that do not happen on the exhibition floor.

The house
Seven bedrooms, private pool, indoor and outdoor dining, a full kitchen, gardens and a gated driveway. Air conditioning and fast wifi throughout, because half of you will still be working.
25 minutes from MEO Arena. 25 minutes from FIL. 30 minutes from Lisbon Airport.
Close enough to be in everything. Far enough to think.

€2,300 per person. Two spots per room.

Every spot includes your Web Summit delegate pass, your room for the full week, daily transport to MEO Arena and a curated Web Summit calendar built for you.
For context: a Web Summit pass alone is €775, and a hotel in Lisbon that week runs €300 to €450 per night. Most people spend more than this to attend on their own, with none of the above.
Residency prices track Web Summit's own ticket pricing, which rises as the event approaches. The price you see today is the price you pay today.
Applications close when the all spots are filled, or on 30th October 2026 whichever comes first.

• Rooms are allocated as applications are approved, not first come first served on payment alone. We curate the house.
• This is a full-week residency. The value is in living with the room, so we ask that you stay for the full period.
